This 15 minute morning yoga sequence will boost your energy for the day. We begin with a three-part breath that brings fresh prana energy to the body and fresh blood to the brain and muscles. Then we move into a dynamic warrior sequence for a quick yoga workout at home. With all the heat and movement that we ve built, we then move into some deep stretches for the hips, hamstrings, and spine.
