This is a booty test you must try! Do you know what is so great about this test? You can eventually find out how you're progressing your training by testing yourself regularly. You can also find out if you have imbalances in your right and left glute and work on it to fix it. I personally have my right glute stronger than my left. We are doing a metronome test because it keep us in the pace so we can't cheat by slowing down :) Come back and test yourself after 2-4 weeks so you can monitor your booty progress.
