LongTV is a professional CTV operating system provider dedicated to delivering AOSP (Android Open Source Project)-based OS solutions for global device manufacturers (including smart TVs, set-top boxes, projectors, and TV sticks). Our solutions encompass interactive experience optimization, intelligent app push management, and secure update services. To date, our systems have served over 20 million devices worldwide.

Recently, through authoritative third-party monitoring agencies, we have become aware that certain device manufacturers may have misused our OS features to push non-compliant apps to end-users. As a technology company specializing in CTV operating system (Launcher) development, LongTV hereby solemnly declares:

1.As a professional CTV operating system (Launcher) provider, LongTV delivers legal and compliant OS solutions based on AOSP for device manufacturers. Our core business is to provide partners with stable and secure system experiences, including app push management and OTA updates—standard features that comply with industry norms and platform policies, as is common for all AOSP-based operating systems in the industry. LongTV never participates in any aspects of hardware production, sales, or after-sales service for device manufacturers.

2.LongTV has neither developed nor authorized any non-compliant applications. After our own investigation and confirmation, the 24 apps mentioned in reports as being removed from Google Play are unrelated to our company. All our independently published apps (e.g., on Google Play and Apple App Store) fully comply with platform policies and remain operational without any removal records. LongTV does not participate in or condone any form of click fraud, malicious app distribution, or other violations. Monitoring data shows that the reported app issues solely resulted from certain manufacturers' independent misuse of the OS's app push functionality to deliver unauthorized software, which is entirely unrelated to our services.

3.LongTV strictly adheres to lawful and compliant cooperation principles, requiring all manufacturing partners to abide by Google, Apple, and local regulatory policies. We will also strengthen the regulation and tracking of our partners' behaviors. If any non-compliant operations are detected, we will immediately terminate the cooperation.

4.User security remains our top priority. Our systems incorporate rigorous permission management mechanisms to ensure users maintain full control over push content and data collection. We are continuously enhancing security measures to prevent any unauthorized activities.

We urge the industry to jointly maintain a healthy ecosystem and firmly resist any non-compliant operations that harm user rights. LongTV will continue upholding technological neutrality and compliance standards to deliver secure and reliable smart TV experiences globally.
